Softo Vista LLP shall not be liable for indirect losses, employee disputes, data loss, business interruption, or unauthorized use of the platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall remain under Mumbai, Maharashtra courts.
